Compare Suburbs

Comparing suburbs is rarely a neutral act. Most people arrive here mid-argument. One of you wants the city, the other wants a section and a heat pump. Someone's parents have opinions. Someone has already mentally bought the house and is just looking for numbers to back it up.

So here is the tool for that. Pick two to four suburbs, line them up, and let livability, schools, housing and weather do the talking. No agent enthusiasm, no "up-and-coming," no listing photo shot wide to keep the motorway out of frame. Just the figures, side by side, refusing to flatter anyone.

The suburbs you choose to compare say a fair bit about you, by the way. We are not going to mention it. We are just going to put Remuera next to the place you can afford and let you sit with the result.

You will probably use this to prove you were right all along. That is allowed. The data does not care who wins. It will quietly settle it anyway.
