Find Your Perfect Suburb
Every other property site has an opinion about where you should live. Usually it boils down to whichever suburb their last listing was in. This one stays out of it. You tell us what you actually need - a budget, a region, and a couple of things that genuinely matter - and the data does the ranking.
Pick a region, set a ceiling, tick up to three priorities. We re-score every qualifying suburb in the country against your answers, then hand back the top ten with a one-line note on why each one matched. No agent enthusiasm, no listing photos, no "this charming pocket". Just suburbs that fit, ordered honestly.
If the list surprises you, good. The numbers do not know which suburb is fashionable and they do not care. If Whitby outranks Saint Heliers on your particular mix of priorities, the data is telling you something. It is allowed to disagree with you.
